My Approach to Counseling
I provide individual therapy with an integrative approach rooted in attachment-based therapy; drawing from diverse methodologies appropriate to diverse individuals with unique needs. I believe that presenting a warm, safe, and comfortable environment is essential for therapeutic growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
